Spunlace /
Chemical bonded
Spunlace:Fibers are entangled by water jet from high pressure nozzle to form nonwoven sheet.
Chemical bonded:Fibers are bonded by printed glue to form nonwoven sheet. -
Meltblown
Melted resin is pushed out of a nozzle and, at the same time, elongated by hot air to create ultrafine fibers, which are laced to produce a nonwoven. -
Steam jet
Fibers are quickly reacted by a jet of high speed steam.
As a result, we can produce thick hard board with light weight or elastic nonwovens as cushion material.
